Shipping & Returns
Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: All orders with a merchandise total of ₹990 or above automatically qualify for free delivery.
- Standard Delivery: For orders below ₹990, a standard delivery charge (as configured by our team) will apply at checkout.
- No Minimum Order: You can place an order of any size. We do not enforce a minimum order value.
- Combo Offers: Certain special Combo packs may independently offer free delivery for your entire order, regardless of the cart total.
Serviceability & Timelines
We currently service customers strictly within Kerala.
Delivery estimates are calculated based on your location and our standard courier schedules. Most orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within our standard buffer times (typically 1 business day for orders placed before noon).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, the physical inventory is securely deducted from our warehouse, and its status is updated. You can view your order status and available shipment information directly in your Customer Account.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of premium dates, nuts, and dry fruits, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been shipped and delivered in good condition.
If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen stock unavailability after payment, our support team will initiate a manual cancellation and refund pipeline.
