1. Ordering and Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of physical inventory at the time of shipment.
• There is no minimum order requirement.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will always be charged the exact authoritative total calculated at the time of checkout.

2. Delivery Policy

• Orders with a merchandise total of ₹990 or above automatically qualify for free delivery.
• Orders below ₹990 will incur a standard delivery charge.
• Special combo packs may provide free delivery overrides independent of the cart total.
• We currently only deliver within Kerala, India.

3. Payments

We use a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Razorpay) to process transactions. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment verification. In the event a payment fails or is interrupted, no order is created.

4. Inventory & Availability

Physical inventory is finalized and deducted at the time of shipment, not at checkout. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after payment but before shipment, our team will proactively contact you to arrange a partial or full refund.
